PDF, TIF, AutoCAD (DWG,
DWF & DXF), PLT, JPG, PSD, AI, EPS, SPV (SoftPlan), PNG & more.
For enlargement
projects, we will not accept Microsoft Office formats such as
Publisher, Excel & Word.
Adobe PDF documents are preferred for all printing & plotting projects.

For over 60 years, Yoas Services has been committed
to providing exceptional, old-fashioned service and only the highest quality
products to our loyal & valued customers.
Family owned & operated to this day, our company was founded
by William & Eleanor Yoas in 1949 and began as Yoas
Platemaking Service, offering photographic plate services. In fact, tucked away in the second
floor of our Williamsport store, you'll still find the old Brown camera
once used for photographic enlargements, and it's the second largest in
the state. If you remember the old "accordian" lens cameras of days past, try to picture one as big as a golf cart!
In the 1960s, sons David & Karl were overseeing the business in
Williamsport,
and found their niche in offering blueprinting services and
selling drafting & engineering supplies and surveying instruments. As the
business grew, the map department was
added to offer the USGS
topographic maps that were often requested by surveyors and, more increasingly,
by our outdoor sporting customers.
In 1985, our satellite store in continually-growing
Reading, PA was opened to service the needs of architects, engineers &
contractors in the Reading, Hamburg, Lebanon and Lancaster regions.
During 1996, David's sons Bob & John took the helm,
and have continued to build upon what their grandparents began over 60 years ago ...
expanding the reprographics department to include high-speed, digital document copying
and color plotting/printing, as well as adding outdoor sport
products like GPS systems & map software to complement our map department.
We continue to take pride in and maintain our old-fashioned
service values, while keeping ourselves on the cutting edge of today's
technology in our products & equipment. One goal has remained
since our founding ... to provide exceptional customer service and only the highest
quality products. We have proudly served our customers and
communities since 1949, and we look forward to serving your needs for
many more years to come. |

payment. Business or personal checks are also accepted, but will
delay your
order's shipment until they are fully processed.
Not all products may be in stock at the
time of your order.
Not all product images shown may be an exact representation. Please read all descriptions carefully.
For the sake of
your security, please
do not
include credit card information in an e-mail or fax
transmission.
We prefer to take such information via telephone.
Please allow 2-4 weeks delivery on non-stock and/or
special-order products. Products noted as "NS"
are non-stock
items, and products noted as "SO"
are special order items. Note that special-ordered
or custom products and all
software packages are non-returnable.
SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
WE DO
NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY (U.S.
Orders Only)
Shipping is either via UPS or US Priority Mail. Please note that
on shipments to Hawaii, shipping
must be either UPS Next Day Air
or Second Day Air (by UPS requirement).
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
and non-refundable.
Damaged or mistakenly-shipped products may be returned for credit or refund within
10
days of
receipt, but please contact us prior to doing so.
Non-stock or mistakenly-ordered products returned are subject to
a 20% re-stocking fee. Products
noted as "NS"
on our website are non-stock items. Products noted as "SO"
are special order items.
Note that special-ordered or custom products and all
software packages are non-returnable.
Returned
products must be in their original packaging and
in the same condition as they were received.
Customer is
responsible for shipping charges on returned items unless prior
agreement is made.
Customer may choose method of
return shipment, but note that we will not accept COD shipments. |
