About Yoas Services

     Founded by William & Eleanor Yoas in 1949, our company began as Yoas Platemaking Service, offering photographic plate services. In fact, tucked away in the second floor of our Williamsport store ... you'll still find the old Brown camera once used for photographic enlargements, and it's one of the largest in the state. If you remember the old "accordian" lens type of camera ... try to picture one as big as a golf cart!
       In the 1960's, sons David and Karl were overseeing the business in Williamsport,
and found their niche in offering blueprinting services and selling surveying instruments and supplies. As the business grew, the map department was added, to offer the USGS topographic maps that were often requested by surveyors ... and more increasingly, by our outdoor sporting customers. A branch store was later opened in continually-growing Reading, Pennsylvania. Several years ago, David's sons Bob & John took the helm, and have continued to build upon what their grandparents began 59 years ago ... expanding the reprographics department to include high-speed document copying and color printing, and adding outdoor sport products like GPS systems & map software to compliment our map department.
       We continue to maintain our old-fashioned service values, while keeping ourselves on the cutting edge of today's technology in our products and equipment. One goal has remained since our founding ... to provide exceptional service and only the highest quality products. We have proudly served our loyal customers and communities for 59 years, and we look forward to serving your needs for many more years to come.

Yoas Services does not offer online purchasing. We prefer to speak directly with our customers, to make certain that they are getting exactly the right product for their needs and have all of their questions answered. serve you, please include the topic of your inquiry in the subject line. Providing us with your complete contact & shipping information is also very helpful to estimate shipping charges, and in being able to call you "on our dime" to answer your questions or take your order.

We accept MasterCard, Visa & American Express credit or debit cards
for payment. Business or personal checks are also accepted, but will delay your order's shipment until they are received and processed.

Not all products may be in stock at the time of your order.

Not all product images shown may be an exact representation. Please read all product descriptions carefully.

  For the sake of your security, please do not include credit card information in an e-mail or fax transmission.
    We prefer to take such information via telephone, and we'll be happy to contact you "on our dime" if you provide
    us with your telephone number and a best time to reach you.

  Please allow 2-4 weeks delivery on non-stock and/or special-order products. Products noted as "NS" are
    non-stock items. Products noted as "SO" are special order items. Note that special-ordered/custom products
    and all software packages are non-returnable.

WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY (U.S. Orders Only)

Shipping is either via UPS or US Priority Mail. Please note that on shipments to Hawaii, shipping must be either
UPS Next Day Air or Second Day Air (by UPS requirement).

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable.

Damaged or mistakenly-shipped products may be returned for credit or refund within 30 days of receipt, but
please contact us prior to doing so.

Non-stock or mistakenly-ordered products returned are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Products noted
as "NS" on our website are non-stock items.

Products returned must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received.
Customer may choose method of return shipment, but please note that we will not accept COD shipments.
